B2B: Plus company 10th birthday
Description: For the 10th birthday of PLUS the agency prepared a special “internal” website with the creation of ever moving “Plus train”. This project was intended to integrate the employees of Plus, at the same time informing them about an event related to the 10 years anniversary of the company. The project was of typically entertaining character. The names of the rail-cars of the virtual train were given by those who visited the site. A special recorded voice was encouraging the employees of Plus GSM to record the wishes that were subsequently placed in different cars. Everybody could add their won car with their wishes. In order to record the wishes one had to call IVR service. One could also visit different cars in order to listen to the wishes recorded by their passengers. All the recordings left in IVR were moderated prior to publishing on the website. 3Way were responsible for creating mobile communication mechanisms, making IVR service and integrating the solution with the website.
Communication channels: The Plus train is a typical example of using WWW creation, mobile concept (IVR, mobile voice mail on the website) and interesting marketing concept oriented towards providing entertainment for the employees of the company. It also showed the multitude of ways of expressing the opinions by the employees, it unveiled the relations between different departments and the process of integration in the company. To put it another way – great fun preceding the 10th anniversary of the company.
