Description: The goal of the voice mailing campaign oriented towards sales of insurance product (voluntary insurance /third party insurance for cars) was reaching potential car insurance customers. We convinced Allianz Direct to run pro-sales activities using modern communication channels using our PhoneCall platform.

Target group: 3way, cooperating with Acxiom Polska, selected the data base of telephone numbers of people that met the criteria of the target group (place of residence, possession of a car, age...)

Communication channels: The communication was carried out in the form of interactive voice mailing message. Sales campaigns were carried out on determined days of the week at precisely determined times of the day. The main goal was to achieve efficient publicity message (the criterion for choosing the dates was the specificity of the product as well as the characteristics of the target group). PhoneCall platform was broadcasting publicity messages in user mobile phones. While listening to the message the recipient was able to start a free-of-charge conversation with Allianz Direct consultants. Those who were not able to talk at that moment (and were interested in the product) could express their interest in later contact by means of pressing appropriate button on mobile phone keyboard. The action was optimized on-line in Response Rate account.
