Description: Our goal was to create an alternative channel of mobile phone entertainment basing on IVR solutions. Thus, we had to prove that apart from traditional mobile content for mobile phones and “data” type services there still existed space for voice entertainment services in which 3Way is specialized. This  is how a true “telephone entertainment broadcasting station” was created. All you need to do to use the service is call *7100 (cost:1.22PLN/minute) and choose what you are interested in. There is no fixed portfolio of services. Everybody can find something for themselves. Our users know perfectly that they can count on our creativity.

Communication channels: Communication of the services is carried out both by the operator and  3Way. Due to the specificity of the voice mail medium as well as the portal medium we have been working together with the operator on elaborating a publicity model that could function in the framework of this service.
