Project name: Comment on Dirty 13

Description: The project was carried out for the needs of the program named “Dirty 13”. Our service made it possible for the viewers of 4Fun TV to call a special number to comment “on air” or “off-line” on “the worst musical tunes” placed on the Dirty 13 list. The scoring of the service was performed by the staff that runs the TV show which helped identify the service directly with the given program. All the viewers needed to do was to choose the number of the clip from the list and criticize it personally using a short comment read out by the host of the program. At the same time one could listen to the criticism of other “listeners” who left their recordings. The comments were automatically directed to the staff responsible for their further moderation and possible broadcast. Some chosen people could be allowed “on air”.
Communication channels: Communication operations were run by 4Fun TV S.A group (television channel). IVR and “Comment on Dirty 13” voice service were the channel for interactive communication between the viewer and the hosts of “Dirty 13” program. It is also worth adding that the interaction could also take place between the users “off-line”.
Achieved goals of the campaign:
- Added value for the viewer and 4Fun TV (viewer generated content)
- Possibility of continuing the interaction with the viewer (for the needs of further interactive actions in 4FunTV)
- Additional element of publicity message (the service operated off-line due to the specific type of this service; it was clearly identified with a specific program in 4Fun schedule).
